This concrete pipe making machine combines vibrating core and is used with a mold to prepack and vibrate concrete within the mold to produce concrete pipe.
The core molding vibrating concrete pipe production process is that the inner and outer molds are vertically erected on the bottom bracket (disk) in the pit, after which the concrete mixture is poured into the pipe mold, which is liquefied by the strong vibration force generated by the high frequency vibrator of the inner mold, filling the mold and exhausting the air, and concrete pipe is then compacted. The upper end of the pipe is equipped with a setting ring, which is lightly rolled and rubbed by the hydraulic pressure to compact the shape.
This concrete pipe making machine is used to produce concrete pipe types of socket type, flexible tongue and groove, flat shape and steel socket reinforced concrete drainage pipes, available in sizes DN1350-DN3000 and lengths of 1-2.5m.

1. Vibrating mandrel：a fixed eccentric block and a movable eccentric block are a group of vibrators，each mandrel is composed of 3 sets of vibrators. The exciting force can adjust the angle of the eccentric block arbitrarily according to the size of the product diameter, so that the exciting force can meet the compact forming requirements of different diameters;
2. Rotary concrete distribution machine: the conveyor belt adopts flat type conveyor belt, and the entire concrete distribution machine adopts the reducer drive, 360-degree rotary feeding realizing uniform distribution, reliable transmission after adjustment with long service life;
3. Frame: a cross-shaped frame body is welded by rectangular steel pipes, with good overall rigidity. The bearings of the transmission shaft are imported high performance bearings. The transmission of the transmission shaft and the vibration mandrel is a flexible connection transmission composed of a hollow shaft and a rubber sleeve, which allows high transmission efficiency, stable operation and long service life;
4. Gantry Frame: the oil motor is used for the walking of the gantry. The positioning of the gantry, the lift and the grinding are realized by means of oil cylinders.
